REFERRAL PROCESS AND TIMESCALES
We will require:
- Letter of Instruction
- Relevant documentation (e.g. Court Bundle, paginated if possible)
- Medical Records
- Confirmation of funding
An assessment appointment will be provided on receipt of Letter of Instruction, Documentation and confirmation of funding.
Assessments are normally undertaken at our offices but can be undertaken at other locations (Solicitors’ offices, Home Visits etc.) by arrangement.
We aim to complete reports within a maximum of 3 weeks from receipt of your complete instructions (following review of depositions and relevant records and psychiatric assessment). If required, we can work to a shorter time-frame.
